Whew.

So, I just had the old "birds and the bees" talk with Emily. It went suprisingly well.

At the end of my little spiel, I asked her if she had any questions. One of the questions she had was, "How long do you get it, until you die?" I told her no, it usually stopped sometime in your 50's give or take.

She looked at me thoughtfully and said, "Hmm, so about 20 more years for you?"

"Yes, Emily, about 20 more years for me ("Oh yeah, and thanks for the reminder," I thought).

Leave it to Emily to make a talk about life changes comical.
