You know, I had this big entry planned for the year anniversary of my taking charge of my life, but I find myself having a difficult time putting it all in words.
I think a few sentences sum it up rather nicely though, so here goes.
I can't ever remember, and I mean ever, feeling this good.
Getting well is hard work, but worth every struggle, ever tear, and every "thing" if it gets you to where I am today.
Finally, to everyone who had any part in this, be it big or small....
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I could never have come this far without you!

Thanks Trace! You are one of those people I am talking about that has helped me through...this getting together every week has been a huge "therapy" for me and I love that we seem to have a lot in common!
