Can someone tell me what's so great about it? No, I am not being sarcastic, just curious. I hear a lot of talk about how great it is and I just wanted to know.

Its really not all that special although I use it more and more because its easy. I have it as part of my IGoogle homepage. Open firefox and bang I see my inbox and anything else I want on my homepage. Its better then your average free webmail but not by that much at least not that I have seen. I can see how the chat thing might bypass some company's I.m filters..
