This is my favorite fruit salad. I love having the coconut and walnuts in it. It gives the whole thing just the right amount of sweetness and crunch! You could probably use other fruits as well (watermelon, banana etc...this list is just what I use).
Ingredients:
Sliced strawberries
blueberries
sliced canteloupe
red grapes
green grapes
chopped walnuts
coconut
*amount of each ingredient determined by how much you want to make...want it for lunch for the week....use a lot...just want a quick snakc for today...use a little!*
Directions:
Mix all together. Chill in the refrigerator.
